Unified SSK delivers compliant e-invoicing through UniBox.
UniBox sits between your systems and the UAE e-invoicing network. It takes the invoices your ERP already produces, turns them into the required format, and exchanges them over Peppol. Three modules do the work.
The status of every invoice returns to Mailbox: delivered, accepted or rejected.
Seamless integration with minimal ERP-side adjustments via API. No ERP? Use the UniBox web portal directly.

Appointing a provider is not going live.
Appointment is a contract. Go-live is a working connection: your ERP output mapped to PINT AE, validated, exchanged over Peppol and reported, every invoice, every day.
The time between the two goes to integration, testing and fixing the invoices that fail validation the first time. So the useful question is not who to appoint. It is who gets you live, and who is still there after.

Talk to our teamDoes my business need to do anything?
If you are subject to VAT and invoice other businesses in the UAE, yes. You need to appoint an accredited service provider and issue invoices through the e-invoicing system by the date for your phase. Businesses that only sell to consumers are out of scope for now.
What is the difference between pre-approved and accredited?
Pre-approval (Article 15) means a provider met the initial criteria and can test. Accreditation (Article 16) is the final status granted by the Ministry of Finance. Unified SSK is accredited under Article 16, and you can check it on the Ministry's public register.
Will we have to change our ERP?
No replacement. UniBox connects through API with minimal ERP-side adjustments, or through file upload for systems without an API. Businesses without an ERP can use the UniBox web portal.
What does it cost?
Every accredited provider includes 100 free e-invoice exchange and reporting services a year. With Unified SSK they start the day you sign your End-User agreement. Above that, SME packages are priced by yearly invoice volume. Enterprise pricing depends on volume and integration scope and is quoted after a scoping call.
Where is our data?
UniBox runs on UAE-based cloud infrastructure.
We already appointed a provider. Can we still switch?
Yes. You appoint your provider on EmaraTax, in the System Linking section, and any change of provider is made there too. If you have appointed another provider, you can appoint Unified SSK in the same place.
How do we appoint Unified SSK on EmaraTax?
Log in to EmaraTax and open Register for E-Invoicing System. In System Linking, select Appoint Service Provider, then choose Unified SSK from the list of accredited providers.
Know your deadline.
