Do I need to sign anything on paper?

No. Your authorised signatory signs the Order Form digitally, so there is nothing to print.

Do I also need to appoint Unified SSK on EmaraTax?

Yes. You appoint Unified SSK yourself on EmaraTax: log in, open Register for E-Invoicing System, then System Linking, Appoint Service Provider, and choose Unified SSK. Either step can come first.

Can I choose the contract term?

Yes. You choose the term in the form, and it appears on your Order Form.

What does UniBox cost?

Start with 100 free e-invoice exchange and reporting services a year. After that, choose Pay as you go or a yearly package that fits your volume. Your package appears on the Order Form before you sign.

We have more than one legal entity. Can we sign up here?

Self-serve is for one legal entity. For several entities, our onboarding team scopes the setup with you.

Which deadlines apply to my business?

For businesses with revenue below AED 50 million: appoint an accredited provider by 31 March 2027 and go live on 1 July 2027.
